These terms govern the use of Russia E-Visa Services website and services.
1. Service Description
Our company provides intermediary services for Russian Federation visa application processes including preparation, document compilation, and submission to consulates/embassies.
Important: We do not guarantee visa approval or rejection. The visa decision belongs entirely to the authorities of the relevant country.
2. Application Process
- The applicant is obliged to provide all information completely and accurately.
- Our company cannot be held responsible for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
- Post-application information change requests may be subject to additional fees.
3. Pricing
- Service fees are calculated based on current prices listed on the website.
- Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
- Prices include consulate fee and service charge.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but existing prices apply to confirmed applications.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If cancelled before submission to the consulate: 80% of the service fee is refunded.
- After submission: consulate fee is non-refundable.
- In case of visa rejection: consulate fee is non-refundable, 50% of service fee is refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for decisions made by consulates or embassies.
- No liability is accepted for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
- No liability for service disruption due to force majeure events.
6. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from these terms.
