About Russian Business Visa
The Russian business visa is issued to business professionals traveling to Russia for meetings, conferences, trade fairs, negotiations, or commercial discussions.
With a business visa, you can attend meetings, participate in exhibitions and conferences, and visit companies. However, this visa type does not grant a work permit.

Business Visa Requirements
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages.
- Invitation Letter: Official invitation from a Russian business partner, company, or organization, approved by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Photo: 2 biometric photos (3.5x4.5 cm).
- Company Letter: Letter from your employer stating your position and travel purpose.
- Travel Insurance: Minimum 30,000 USD coverage.
- Trade Registration: Business registration certificate if self-employed.
