Transfer of your personal data to the authorities in the Russian Federation (consulate, embassy, migration service) is mandatory for processing your visa application.
Personal Data to be Transferred
- Identity information (name, surname, date of birth, gender, nationality)
- Passport information (passport number, issue/expiry date)
- Contact information (address, phone, email)
- Travel information (entry/exit dates, purpose of visit)
- Photographs (passport photo, personal photo)

- Russian Federation – Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular Department
- Russian Federation – Embassy/Consulate
- Russian Federation – Federal Migration Service
Consent Statement
I hereby give my explicit consent for the transfer of my personal data to the authorized institutions in the Russian Federation for the purpose of processing my visa application.
